I can not log in.

Please check the following.


[1] Input error

Please check for any capitalization mistakes.

Lowercase letters: bur, ptq,

Capital letters: BUR, PTQ,


[2] When logging in with an email address

Your login ID is the email address you entered when you registered.

If you have multiple email addresses, try using one that you know well.

(icloud.com, softbank.ne.jp, i.softbank.jp, gmail.com, etc.)


If you change your email address

If you have not changed your email address on your My Page, please enter the email address you used to register. This will remain valid as your login ID even if you are no longer able to receive emails due to a change in your device.


[3] The password may be incorrect.

Click on "Forgot your password?" at the bottom of the login screen.

Please set a new password and try logging in.



[4] If you are returned to the top page

If cookies are disabled in your browser, the site will not function properly.

Please make sure to enable the setting before trying to log in.
