The following causes are possible:

・(For au mobile phones) "Spoofing restrictions" is set to "High."
If it is set to "High," emails may not be delivered even if you have specified domain reception, so please set it to "Medium" or lower.

- The settings are set to reject PC emails and emails with URLs.

・It is automatically sorted into the spam folder.

・There is an error in the email address entered.

Please check the above and send the email again.
