I registered using in-app payment (App Store payment/Google Play payment), but I can't view member content.

Please check that your registration is complete via in-app payment (App Store payment/Google Play payment).

Please check the information below. If "Novelbright Official Fan Club "NOVELCITY" Member" is not displayed, your registration has not been completed and you will need to register again.


▼How to check your in-app purchase registration status

For iOS

1. Open Settings > Apps.

2. Tap your name.

3. Tap "Subscriptions."


For Android

1.Open the Google Play app.

2. Tap on your profile icon on the top right.

3. Tap Payments & Subscriptions > Subscriptions.


After checking the above, if "Novelbright Official Fan Club "NOVELCITY" Member" is displayed, try "Restore" from the registration screen within the app.


▼How to perform "Restore" on the registration screen

For iOS

1. Open the app and click on FC-exclusive content (such as MOVIE)

2. Click "If you agree to the above and would like to use the app without registering as a member, click here"

3. Click "Restore" at the bottom of the page


For Android

1. Open the app and click on FC-exclusive content (such as MOVIE)

2. Enter your Plus member ID and password to log in. (If you do not have a Plus member ID, click "Register Plus member ID (free)" to register.)

3. Click "Restore" at the bottom of the page
