How to watch "FanStream" broadcasts
Please download the FanStream app before the program starts, and after logging in, make sure that Novelbright or each member is displayed when selecting the artist.
A push notification will be sent from the FanStream app to inform you when the live broadcast begins.
As a general rule, archives will not be kept, so we recommend that you download the FanStream app and set up push notifications.
*Only "TAKENAKA YUDAI 's Cucumber Room" has an archive (excluding the 8/7 broadcast). We will notify you as soon as the archive is ready to be made public.

About app viewing
- ・You can watch on your smartphone in either portrait or landscape orientation.
- ・There are a total of 6 channels for everyone and each member."ON AIR"Please note that you will not be able to watch the video unless you access the channel listed.
*ON AIR will be displayed in the upper right corner of each channel image only during live streaming. - ・In the case of automatic entry, you will be randomly entered into each room, which has a capacity of 13 people. You can also randomly re-enter another room.
- ・Please note that you will be responsible for any communication fees (packet charges) incurred when viewing.
Caution when watching the app
- ・You can use the gifting and action functions in "MEETING." Items are available for both paid and free use, and please note that you cannot use purchased items in programs that do not support the gifting and action functions.
- ・"MEETING" is a content exclusive to NOVELCITY members. Screenshots, screen recording, and audio recording are prohibited.

- ・Please log in to FanStream using your NOVELCITY account (NB ID (Plus member ID)).
- * "Novelbright" will not be displayed as an artist unless you are a member of NOVELCITY.
- - If you contact us just before the live broadcast with questions such as "I can't log in to the app," we may not be able to respond in time for the start of the broadcast.
- ・If the distribution time has been decided in advance, there is a possibility that access will be concentrated at the start of the distribution, so please be sure to log in and enter the site in advance before waiting.
- ・Please watch in a location with a good connection. Please note that you may not be able to watch the video stably in an environment with poor connection or signal conditions.
