[1] Check your password
Go to the top page > "LOGIN" > "Forgot your password?", enter your registered email address or NB ID (Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID))and date of birth, and click the "Authenticate" button. A "URL for resetting your password" will be sent to your registered email address. Please access the URL in the email and reset your password.
*If more than 24 hours have passed since you received the email, please go to "Forgot your password?" and follow the procedure again.
[2] If you cannot confirm the above
Please contact us by filling out the following required information.
1. Nickname at the time of registration
②Date of birth
③Prefecture
④ Mobile phone company payment number

Please check the payment number from "My Menu" on the d Menu top page → "Recurring Charges List/Usage History [Payment Service Usage Details (d Pay)]" and fill it in.
<For those using au Payment (au Easy Payment)>
Access "Customer Support" from the au one homepage > Log in by clicking "Login" in the top right of the page > After logging in, tap "Customer Information" > "au ID Information" > Log in with your au ID > Go to "List of Continuously Used Services" in the "MENU" in the top right of the page > Tap the "Service Name" listed in your usage statement to display details. Enter the "Continuous Billing ID" from the list.

MY SoftBank > Fee Information > List > SoftBank One-Time Payment > Check Usage History > Go to "Details" to check your order number.
If you change your email address
If you know your previous email address (registered as your ID), please include it.
