Can I change the payment method?

It is possible to change your payment method, but due to system limitations, you will need to cancel your membership first.

After canceling your membership from your My Page, please re-register using your preferred payment method.

You can choose from the following payment methods for your membership fee.


・Credit card payment ≪VISA/MASTER/JCB/AMEX/Diners≫

The deduction date will vary depending on your contract with the credit card company.

You will be required to pay every month from the month in which you register to the month in which you cancel your membership (there will be no pro rata calculations).


・dPayment (Docomo payment)

・au Easy Payment

This fee will be paid together with your monthly calling charges.

You will be required to pay every month from the month in which you register to the month in which you cancel your membership (there will be no pro rata calculations).


・SoftBank One-Stop Payment

This fee will be paid together with your monthly calling charges.

Payment will be made on a monthly basis, starting from the date of registration.

If you change your payment method within the same month, you will be charged for both the old and new payment methods.

If you wish to change your payment method, we recommend that you cancel your membership at the end of the month and then re-register the following month using your new payment method.


Example 1)

If you change from [Credit card payment: 440 yen/month (tax included)] to [Carrier payment: 440 yen/month (tax included)] within the same month

⇒You will be charged from two payments and will pay a total of 880 yen (tax included).


Example 2)

If you rejoin (withdraw and rejoin) within the same month using a credit card

⇒You will be charged for each repeated use, and the charges will be duplicated (i.e. charged each time).


Example 3)

If you currently use credit card payment and change your credit card information on My Page

⇒You will not be cancelled, so you will not be charged twice.


・Even if you are temporarily unsubscribed due to the payment change procedure, if you complete the above procedure within 30 days after canceling your payment, you can continue to use the site with the same NB ID (Plusmember ID) and email address.

・If you cancel and re-subscribe repeatedly (within one month) even if the contract is still valid, the monthly fee will be added and charged each time.
