*The official fan club "NOVELCITY" revised its prices on November 27, 2025. Applications are open to those who have subscribed to the 550 yen course.
*Each person can apply for up to four tickets.
*If you apply for multiple tickets, accompanying persons must also be fan club members.
When applying, please make sure that only one representative applies.
(Please note that if you submit multiple applications, both applications may be invalid.)
*If you purchase multiple tickets, you will need to enter the name, phone number, NB ID (Plus member ID), and email address of your companions. Please prepare these information in advance before applying.
*You can check your "NB ID (Plus member ID)" by logging in and going to "MY PAGE" and clicking "Confirm/Change Member Information."
*If there is an input error, your application may be invalidated, so please apply slowly and without making any mistakes.
*Please be aware that there has been an increase in mistakes when entering the name, phone number, NB ID (Plus member ID), and email address of accompanying persons.
*Please enter the name of the person who will be accompanying you to the performance on the day of the event.
*This is not a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be accepted by lottery during the above period for fan club members.
*The lottery results will be notified only to the representative via the email address registered at the time of application.

*Only the applicant and accompanying person registered at the time of application will be admitted.
*Please note that we may ask you, including any accompanying guests, to present your digital membership card or photo ID upon entry.
*Standing tickets are not available for preschool children. Reserved seats require a ticket for children aged 3 and older.
*Please note that opening and performance times are subject to change.
*On the day of the performance, the behavior of customers may be broadcast or streamed on television, video streaming, etc.
*If you do not follow the instructions of the staff, you will be asked to leave.
*Please note that if you do not follow the above precautions and are denied entry, no refunds will be given.
*When applying, please be sure to check the notes and each item on the application site and agree to them (including your accompanying persons) before applying.
*Tickets will not be refunded unless the performance is canceled or postponed.

*Tickets purchased through the lottery pre-sale for long-term members of the official fan club "NOVELCITY" will all be issued as "smartphone electronic tickets".

*Please note that you will need to register your photo in advance. Please check the registration instructions below and complete the registration at least three days before the performance.
*For this performance, we will be verifying the identity of all attendees upon entry. If we are unable to verify your identity, you will be denied entry regardless of the reason.
*Please be sure to bring identification that matches the name printed on your ticket when you come to the venue.
