This is a notice for new members who join during the tour period from Friday, April 7, 2023 to Sunday, October 15, 2023, and for referrers (existing members) who have introduced a friend to NOVELCITY.


We have sent out "original JUSTIN sticky notes" to everyone who applied via the application form by Sunday, October 15, 2023!

There are people whose names and addresses have not been registered.

If you are not registered, we will not be able to deliver the benefits to you, so please check your registration details again.

*Both new members and referrers (existing members) must register their membership information (name, address, etc.) on their My Page. Please note that if you do not register your name and address, you will not be able to receive the benefits.


<How to register and confirm your address/name>

・After logging in to "NOVELCITY", you can check and change your registration status on your My Page.

*You cannot complete the procedure from the app. Please make sure to use the standard browser (Safari/Chrome).

*If your address includes a building name, apartment name, or room number, please register it without omitting it.


* Each member can refer any number of friends, but the reward will only be sent once.

*This item will only be sent to applicants who are active members as of December 2023. Please note that if you have already canceled your membership, you will not be eligible to receive the item, including the person who introduced you.


[Regarding undelivered inquiries]

If you have not received your package by Wednesday, December 20th, please apply following the procedure below during the application period.

*We cannot respond to inquiries outside of this period. Please make inquiries within this period.

<Procedure for claiming undelivered items>

① If your name or address is not registered or is incorrect, please change it.

*If you have changed your last name, it cannot be changed on your My Page, so please contact us via the inquiry form.

②Please apply via the resend application form URL below.

*We do not send emails when your application is complete. After completing your application, please access the form again and check that the message "You have already responded" is displayed.

*If your address change coincides with the shipping period, you can submit a "change of address notification" at your nearest post office or use the forwarding service on the website below to ensure smooth delivery.
