My last name has changed due to marriage etc. What should I do?

In principle, we do not accept changes to your registered name.

We will only accept changes to your last name if it has changed due to marriage, etc.

Please include the following information in the body of your email and contact us by clicking on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.


If your last name has changed due to marriage, etc.

<Required information>

・Registered full name (kanji/furigana)

・Changed surname (kanji/furigana)

・NB ID (Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID))

・Registered email address

・Date of birth (8 digits in the Gregorian calendar)


Please note that we cannot accept name changes after registration is complete, even for family members.
