I entered the wrong date of birth in my membership information. What should I do?

A

You cannot change your registered date of birth yourself.

Please include the following information in the body of your email and contact us by clicking on "Contact Us" at the bottom of the page.

If you registered the wrong date of birth

<Required information>

・Registered full name (kanji/furigana)

・Your correct date of birth (8 digits in the Gregorian calendar)

・NB ID (Plus member ID (formerly EMTG ID))

・Registered email address
