■Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, such as loud conversations or cheering during the performance.

■All seats are reserved for this performance. Please enjoy your seat.

■Photography is prohibited during the performance. Photographing is permitted while the doors are open and after the performance has ended.

■Please refrain from loitering or gathering in large groups around the venue.

We need your cooperation to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

<Regarding FC-exclusive JUSTIN Island (reserved seats)>

When entering on the day,JUSTIN Island (reserved seat) ticket and "digital membership card" for fan club membership authenticationwill become necessary.

Please note that it is not possible to take screenshots or record the digital membership card.

*How to display your digital membership card

After logging in to "NOVELCITY", please present your digital membership card from MY PAGE. If you have Novelbright official app,

<Regarding same-day exchange for FC-exclusive JUSTIN Island (reserved seat)>

Ticket exchange will be available at the exchange window at the venue from the time the venue opens. Please check the location of the exchange window at the venue on the day of the event.

When exchanging, you will need both the "Same-day exchange ticket" and the "Reserved seat ticket." Please note that you cannot exchange only one of the tickets. The reserved seat ticket you have will also have a seat printed on it, but please sit in the seat printed on the JUSTIN Island ticket after exchanging.

<Regarding celebratory flowers>

1. Size

◆ Flower stand

Please make sure the stand width is within 60cm and depth is within 60cm. There is no height limit.

*We can accept standard stand flowers.

*Concatenation is not permitted.

2. Arrival date and time

Sunday, October 15th, from morning to 12:00 noon

*Pickup is in the morning on the day of the performance. Please make sure to arrange for delivery by the above time.

*Please note that if your parcel is delivered outside of the designated times, it may not be possible to receive it.

3. Collection after the performance

When ordering, please let us know that you would like to collect the flower stand after the performance.

Please inform the florist or delivery company of the collection time.Sunday, October 15th, 9pm to 11pm, or Monday, October 16th, morningPlease tell us.

*If you make arrangements, please make sure to use a florist that can collect the flowers.

*The location of the flower stands within the venue will be determined by the organizers and will be set up in accordance with Fire Service Act.

Please note that you cannot specify the installation location.

*If there are a large number of flowers, we may stack them in order to display as many flowers as possible.

Please note that due to limited space, we may not be able to display all of the flowers you send.

<Regarding gifts>

Please put your letters and presents in the present box set up at the venue. Please check the location at the venue on the day. Also, please specify which member the present is for.

Please note that you will not be able to receive the following gifts:

・Fresh things (food, drinks, plants, living things, etc.)

・Dangerous items (gunpowder, fireworks, knives)

Please note that gifts will be checked by staff to be sure.
