If you are planning to visit, please read the following precautions carefully before coming. <Notes regarding the performance> ■Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, such as loud conversations or cheering during the performance. ■All seats are reserved for this performance. Please enjoy your seat. ■Photography is prohibited during the performance. Photographing is permitted while the doors are open and after the performance has ended. ■Please refrain from loitering or gathering in large groups around the venue. We need your cooperation to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. <Regarding FC-exclusive JUSTIN Island (reserved seats)> When entering on the day,JUSTIN Island (reserved seat) ticket and "digital membership card" for fan club membership authenticationwill become necessary. Please note that it is not possible to take screenshots or record the digital membership card. *How to display your digital membership card After logging in to "NOVELCITY", please present your digital membership card from MY PAGE. Please check the location of the exchange window at the venue on the day of the event. When exchanging, you will need both the "Same-day exchange ticket" and the "Reserved seat ticket." Size ◆ Flower stand Please make sure the stand width is within 60cm and depth is within 60cm. There is no height limit. *We can accept standard stand flowers. *Concatenation is not permitted. 2. Arrival date and time Sunday, October 15th, from morning to 12:00 noon *Pickup is in the morning on the day of the performance. Please make sure to arrange for delivery by the above time. *Please note that if your parcel is delivered outside of the designated times, it may not be possible to receive it. 3. Collection after the performance When ordering, please let us know that you would like to collect the flower stand after the performance. Please note that you cannot specify the installation location. *If there are a large number of flowers, we may stack them in order to display as many flowers as possible. Please note that due to limited space, we may not be able to display all of the flowers you send. <Regarding gifts> Please put your letters and presents in the present box set up at the venue. Please check the location at the venue on the day. Also, please specify which member the present is for. Please note that you will not be able to receive the following gifts: ・Fresh things (food, drinks, plants, living things, etc.) ・Dangerous items (gunpowder, fireworks, knives) Please note that gifts will be checked by staff to be sure.
