＜Notes regarding the performance＞

■Please cooperate with hand disinfection and temperature checks upon entry.

■We recommend installing the coronavirus contact tracing app (COCOA) for this performance.

■Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, such as loud conversations/cheering during the performance, or using seats other than those purchased.

■All seats are reserved. You are not permitted to move from your seat.

■Please wear a mask at all times.

■Jumping and bouncing around during the performance is prohibited according to venue regulations.

■Photography is prohibited during the performance. Photographing is permitted while the doors are open and after the performance has ended.

■This performance will be recorded and streamed. In that case, there is a possibility that you may appear in photos and videos. Please note.

■After the concert, there will be a regulated exit. Once the concert has finished, please return to your seat. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that all customers can safely make their way to the exit.

■Please refrain from loitering or congregating around the venue before or after the performance.

<Regarding FC-exclusive JUSTIN Island (reserved seats)>

When entering on the day, you will need your JUSTIN Island (reserved seat) ticket and your digital membership card as proof of your fan club membership.

Please note that it is not possible to take screenshots or record the digital membership card.

*How to display your digital membership card

After logging in to "NOVELCITY", please present your digital membership card on MY PAGE. If you have Novelbright official app, you can also present your digital membership card on MY PAGE within the app.

<Regarding same-day exchange for FC-exclusive JUSTIN Island (reserved seat)>

Ticket exchange will be available at the exchange window at the venue from the time the venue opens. Please check the location of the exchange window at the venue on the day of the event.

When exchanging, you will need both the "Same-day exchange ticket" and the "Reserved seat ticket." Please note that you cannot exchange only one of the tickets. The reserved seat ticket you have will also have a seat printed on it, but please sit in the seat printed on the JUSTIN Island ticket after exchanging.

<Regarding celebratory flowers>

1. Size

◆ Flower stand
Please make sure the stand width is within 60cm and depth is within 60cm. There is no height limit.

*We can accept standard stand flowers.

*Concatenation is not permitted.

2. Arrival date and time

June 23rd (Thursday) from morning to 12:00 noon

*Pickup is in the morning on the day of the performance. Please make sure to arrange for delivery by the above time.

*Please note that if your parcel is delivered outside of the designated times, it may not be possible to receive it.

3. Collection after the performance

When ordering, please let us know that you would like to collect the flower stand after the performance.

Please inform the florist or delivery company that the collection times are Friday, June 24th from 10:30pm to 1am, or Saturday, June 25th from 9am to 12pm.

*If you make arrangements, please make sure to use a florist that can collect the flowers.

4. Delivery address

*The location of the flower stand at the venue will be decided by the organizers in accordance with the Nippon Budokan usage regulations and the Fire Service Act. Please note that you cannot specify the location of the stand.

*If there are a large number of flowers, we may stack them in order to display as many flowers as possible.

Please note that due to limited space, we may not be able to display all of the flowers you send.

<Regarding gifts>

Please put your letters and presents in the present box set up at the venue. Please check the location at the venue on the day. Also, please specify which member the present is for.

Please note that you will not be able to receive the following gifts:

・Fresh things (food, drinks, plants, living things, etc.)

・Dangerous items (gunpowder, fireworks, knives)

Please note that gifts will be checked by staff to be sure.
