・ JUSTIN Island Same-day Ticket (reserved seat): ¥7,000 (tax included)

*You will be required to pay the difference in price between the reserved seat and the non-reserved seat.

*Seats will be allocated in the front block.

*You will need to exchange your ticket for an official JUSTIN Island reserved seat ticket at the venue on the day of the event.

Ticket exchange will be available at the venue's exchange window starting from the opening time.

*When exchanging, you will need two items: a "same-day exchange ticket" and a "reserved seat ticket."

*Please be sure to print both tickets and have them ready on the day. Please note that you cannot exchange only one of them.

*The seat will be printed on your reserved seat ticket, but please sit in the seat printed on your JUSTIN Island ticket after exchanging it.

[How to apply]

*When logging in to the application page, you will need to enter the "payment slip number" used when transferring money at 7-Eleven and the "representative's phone number" registered at the time of purchase.

The payment slip number is a 13-digit number that can be confirmed by checking the application status (Ticket Pia) when applying for a reserved seat.

*When you apply, the name, phone number, and email address of the representative and accompanying person registered when purchasing the reserved seats will already be reflected on the information registration screen.

* Please register the "NB ID (Plus member ID)" of all people who wish to purchase JUSTIN Island, including the representative and accompanying persons. Applications cannot be made only for accompanying persons.

*When applying, please make sure that only the representative who has purchased the reserved seat applies.

*If you purchase multiple tickets, your companions must also be current fan club members who registered at the time of purchasing the reserved seats. Please note that you cannot change your companions.

*If your companions include a non-fan club member or a fan club member who has already purchased tickets for JUSTIN Island, your application will be invalid.

*You can check your "NB ID (Plus member ID)" by logging in and going to "My Page" and clicking "Confirm/Change Member Information."

*If there is an input error or the registered information differs from the information at the time of purchasing the reserved seat, your application may be invalidated, so please apply slowly and with plenty of time to avoid any mistakes.

*The lottery results will be sent only to the representative via the email address registered at the time of application. If you do not receive an email from Ticket Pia, please check the application status on Ticket Pia yourself.

Q: Can I still apply if I join now?

A. Those who were not fan club members at the time of the first and second advance sales for the Budokan concert will not be eligible for this sale.

In addition, if you were a fan club member during the first and second fan club advance sales, but are currently a non-fan club member, you will not be able to apply for this "JUSTIN Island additional sale." You will need to rejoin the fan club and then apply.

Q. Can I purchase a new reserved seat ticket at the same time as purchasing an additional JUSTIN Island ticket?

A.This reception will only allow additional purchases of JUSTIN Island tickets for those who have already purchased reserved seat tickets through the first or second fan club advance sale.

Q. I currently have two reserved seats purchased. Is it possible to apply for just one of them to JUSTIN Island?

A. Yes, it is possible. However, in this case, only the representative can apply.

Q. I purchased multiple reserved seats as a representative. What should I do if one of my companions wants to purchase a seat on JUSTIN Island?

A. It is not possible to apply for only the accompanying person. The representative must also apply. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Is it possible to cancel after purchasing additional JUSTIN Island tickets?

A. We cannot accept cancellations after purchase. Thank you for your understanding.

Q. Can I watch the show from the seats listed on my reserved seat ticket?

A. When exchanging your ticket for JUSTIN Island, you will be exchanging a reserved seat ticket for an exchange voucher, so you will not be able to watch the show from the seat indicated on the reserved seat ticket.

Please note that even if you choose not to exchange your ticket and choose to watch the show in your reserved seat, the ticket price for JUSTIN Island will not be refunded.

Q. Can I still exchange the tickets on the day if the representative and accompanying person are not present?

A. If the representative has all the reserved seat tickets and exchange vouchers for the accompanying persons, the tickets will be exchanged all at once.

However, if the representative and accompanying person each have a reserved seat ticket and an exchange voucher, please come to the exchange counter with all of your matching tickets.

Q. Can I exchange only one of the reserved seat ticket and exchange voucher for a JUSTIN Island ticket?

A. You can only exchange for one reserved seat ticket and one exchange ticket, for a total of two tickets. You cannot exchange for just one ticket.
