Applications are limited to one per person.each performanceone time only, up to two pieces.

Each attendee must present one ticket for entry. If you have applied for two or more tickets, please ensure that tickets are distributed to your companions. Please note that tickets allocated to the applicant cannot be distributed or transferred to others.

For accompanying guests under 18 years of age who do not possess a smartphone, please enter 090-0000-0000.

Duplicate applications for the same performance may be invalidated.

Even if multiple tickets are purchased or won, admission will be denied to anyone other than the named ticket holder. Furthermore, no changes to ticket information, cancellations, refunds, or reimbursements will be permitted under any circumstances.

Name changes after application are not permitted. Transfers are strictly prohibited, even between family members or friends. Under no circumstances will changes be accepted. Please ensure all information is correct and complete at the time of application.

If fraudulent ticket sales are discovered, entry will be denied. In such cases, we cannot provide refunds for tickets or cover transportation expenses.

Electronic tickets can be used on smartphones overseas.

All advance ticket sales are by lottery only. Applications are not processed on a first-come, first-served basis. Please carefully review the performance details during the application period and ensure your application is accurate. After the application period closes, a strict lottery will be conducted among all applicants to determine the winners.

Immediately after registration opens and just before it closes, heavy traffic may make it difficult to connect. Please allow ample time to complete your application process.

Various advance sales offer ticket reservations prior to the general sale. Reservations are limited and all will be allocated by lottery. Please note that we cannot guarantee selection or good seats.

We cannot respond to any inquiries or requests regarding seat assignments or seat numbers.

When purchasing tickets or attending events, we may ask you to provide your emergency contact information.

Please be advised that we may provide necessary information to national agencies, local governments, and other entities upon their request.

For scheduled performances, no cancellations, changes, or refunds will be permitted after ticket purchase, regardless of the reason. As an exception, refunds may be offered in cases such as performance cancellations.
