The rescheduled dates for the Zepp Sapporo performance have been decided as follows.
If the rescheduled date does not suit you and you would like a refund, we will provide you with details regarding refunds.

* Customers who wish to receive a refund
The seat numbers of customers who are able to attend the rescheduled performance will remain valid for the rescheduled performance.
If you are unable to attend and would like a refund, we will provide a refund.

*Refunds will not be accepted after the refund period has ended, so please be sure to complete the procedure during the refund period.

■How to apply for a refund
If you have received your tickets from the URL below, please apply using the NB ID (Plus member ID) or email address you use to log in to the Novelbright APP or Ticketpla electronic ticket.
After your application is completed, we will begin refunding your tickets in sequence, aiming for the first week of April.

Although the system allows accompanying persons to fill out the form, this will be invalid at the time of review, so we ask that the representative complete the process.
*If you purchase multiple tickets, the representative must apply for all refunds.

Ticket fees will be refunded to the representative.
・If you apply using an ID other than the NB ID (Plus member ID) or email address used at the time of purchase, we may not be able to provide a refund.
・If you have specified domain reception, the email may not be delivered. Please set it to allow reception from the domain [plusmember.jp].
・Refunds will be made using DG Financial Technology's "CASH POST" service and will be made to your designated bank account in accordance with your application details.
・The refund amount will be the "ticket price" plus "various fees at the time of purchase." Please note that "payment fees at convenience stores, etc." are not eligible for refund.
