[Mobile carrier payment] I changed my smartphone model to one from the same mobile carrier. Will my payment information, login ID, password, and registration information be transferred?

All registration information will remain valid.

However, if there are any changes to your contract details, your membership may be automatically terminated at the end of the month in which the changes are made.

Please try logging in again the following month with your registered ID (email address) and password.

*If more than 30 days have passed since your cancellation (when payment cannot be confirmed),

Please note that your "enrollment date" will not be carried over.
