[Mobile carrier payment] I changed my smartphone model to one from a different mobile carrier. Will my payment information, login ID, password, and registration information be transferred?

Any carrier payment services you have previously used (d Pay, au Easy Payment, SoftBank Pay) will be automatically cancelled on the last day of the month in which you cancel your service.

In this case, the cancellation has been confirmed and you will not be able to change the payment method on your My Page.

Please re-register after canceling your membership.


If you wish to register again, please follow the steps below.

1. Log in with your registered ID (email address) and password.

2. You will be redirected to the payment screen, so please follow the instructions on the screen to complete the payment procedure.

*If there are any changes to your email address, after logging in, please go to "My Page" > Enter your password > "Confirm/Change Member Information" > "Confirm/Change Registration Details" > "Confirm/Change Email Address" to make the changes.

The next time you log in, you can log in with your changed ID (email address) and password.
