・In order to allow as many people as possible to fill out the form, we will set a time limit for filling out the form.

・Please fill out the form one by one. Please refrain from filling out the form for groups or friends. Please note that groups of friends will fill out the form separately.

・Used writing instruments will be disinfected.

Please refrain from filling out applications as a group.

・The event will take place between 14:00 and 18:00.

・If the line becomes longer than expected, we may not be able to fill out all the forms within the time limit. Please be aware of this when lining up.
