Due to changes in the opening and start times of the KT Zepp Yokohama concert on Friday, May 7th, we will be offering ticket refunds to customers who are unable to attend.
Refund procedures vary depending on the ticket agency where you purchased your ticket, so please check the information below.

This time, refunds will be made by returning the tickets to e+.

■ Customers who purchased tickets through Lawson Ticket
Please bring your ticket and any other handling fees to your nearest Lawson or Ministop store and pay.

Please bring your ticket to a Lawson or Ministop store during the refund period and use the Loppi machine installed in the store.
If you have not yet purchased your ticket, please apply for a refund.
However, you can purchase a ticket at Lawson or Ministop during the scheduled ticketing period and then purchase it again.
