A first for Novelbright!!

The new song "ライフスコール" has been chosen as the theme song for the movie "Inubu!"

The movie "Inubu!" is based on the novel "Kitasato University Veterinary School Dog Club!" (published by Poplar Publishing) by Yuka Katano.

Released on Thursday, July 22nd, 2021 (National Holiday)!

Around 2004, there was an animal protection club called the "Dog Club" at Kitasato University (Towada Campus) in Towada City, Aomori Prefecture.

The protagonist, modeled after a student at the veterinary school that was founded, struggles with his friends to protect animals,

The story is set in two time periods: the present day, when the protagonist becomes a veterinarian and faces new problems alone;

He once again gets his former "Dog Club" comrades involved and the story depicts his struggle as he forges ahead without compromising his beliefs.
