We have announced that all performances of the 1st full album"WONDERLAND"RELEASE TOUR- From a street performance with one audience to a tour with 10,000 people - will be postponed.
We are currently making preparations to hold rescheduled performances, but due to some circumstances making it difficult to hold the rescheduled performances at the same venues as originally planned, we have decided to refund tickets for all performances.

The refund details are as follows:
*Even if a rescheduled performance is held in the future, all tickets currently purchased will be invalid. Please be sure to apply for a refund.

■ Customers who purchased in advance of the FC
A ticket must be issued in order for a refund to be issued.
Please bring your ticket to the store where it was issued during the refund acceptance period and complete the refund procedure.
*Refunds will be made in exchange for your ticket, so if you have not yet printed your ticket, please print your ticket at a 7-Eleven store and then proceed with the refund.
*Refunds cannot be made on the day the ticket is issued. Please return to the store where the ticket was issued after 10:00 AM the day after the ticket was issued.
*Please issue your ticket at least one day before the refund deadline and complete the refund procedure within the refund acceptance period.
*Tickets issued at stores will have the name of the store where you purchased the ticket printed on the bottom left of the ticket.
■ Customers who purchased tickets through Ticket Pia advance sales
・Those who have already purchased a ticket
Please bring your ticket to the store where it was issued during the refund acceptance period and complete the refund procedure.
*Refunds cannot be made on the day the ticket is issued. Please return to the store where the ticket was issued after 10:00 AM the day after the ticket was issued.
*Tickets issued at stores will have the name of the store where you purchased the ticket printed on the bottom left of the ticket.
・Those who have not yet received their tickets
You can apply for a refund through Cloak (Ticket Pia service). There is no need to print a ticket.

*The funds will be transferred to your designated account approximately 3 weeks after your payment is processed.
*If you would like a quicker refund, please print your ticket at a 7-Eleven store and then process the refund at the store where you issued the ticket.
