At the arena performances of "Novelbright HALL&ARENA TOUR 2026 ~PYRAMID~",
We will be conducting an official Ticketpla trade for those who have tickets issued through the [Novelbright app] or [Ticketpla e-ticket app].
If unfortunately you are unable to attend the performance due to circumstances, please use Ticket Plaza's official trading service, where you can trade at the regular price with peace of mind.
Transfer or resale of tickets outside of official ticket trading is strictly prohibited.
Reselling or transferring tickets to a third party is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason or purpose.
If we find that tickets have been purchased from any other than official sales outlets (ticket resale sites, internet auctions, message boards, scalpers, etc.), the tickets will be invalid and you will be denied entry, even if they were sold at the regular price.
If resale is discovered, your winning rights will be invalidated and no refunds will be given for the tickets.
There have been many incidents involving tickets purchased from ticket resale sites.
The organizers cannot take any responsibility for any problems arising from purchasing tickets through any outlet other than the official one, so please make sure to purchase your tickets through the official sales method in order to prevent fraud and other damage.
*If you are applying for JUSTIN Island tickets via trade, you will need to register a photo of yourself when applying.
