◾︎ How to apply and receive

① During the sales period, add your desired venue pickup items to your cart at Novelbright Official Shop, and then select the performance date and time you wish to pick them up on the order process screen.

Payment methods are credit card payment or convenience store payment (prepayment).

If you choose to pay at a convenience store,Order date + within 1 dayThe payment deadline is [date].

<Regarding fees>

Convenience store payment fee: Less than 30,000 yen: 275 yen (tax included) / 30,000 yen or more: 440 yen (tax included)

- Venue pickup fee - A venue pickup fee of 330 yen (tax included) will be charged.

② Please bring the following three items and come to the designated pick-up counter at the venue at the date and time you have selected.

Pickup is only available during the designated pick-up time on the specified date.

Please note that we cannot deliver the item at any other time.

1. The QR code displayed on the "Purchase History Details Page" in "Novelbright Official Shop" MY PAGE.

*Please make sure to have your order number handy when you receive your package.

2. A valid, official photo ID (such as a driver's license, health insurance card, or student ID).

*You will only be required to present identification documents if verification is necessary for receiving your items.

*Copying, screenshots, and screen captures are not permitted.
