[Notes regarding application]
・The 1-on-1 consultation will be conducted via Zoom between the winner and KEIGO. Please prepare a Zoom account in advance.
・The consultation (audio only) will be streamed live. Please only apply if you are happy with this. Minors will be deemed to have obtained parental consent at the time of application.
・Applications are limited to one per person.
・Only those who can participate at any time during the broadcast from 20:00 to 21:00 are eligible.
- Please note that if you are unable to enter the room when it is your turn, you will not be able to participate and will not be able to re-enter the room.
・Participation is limited to the person who applied. Please refrain from participating with multiple people, such as friends or family.
・Winning rights are non-transferable. If discovered, you may be asked to leave the venue on the day.
・If you are selected, your name, nickname, and other information registered with NOVELCITY will be used. Please check your registration details on My Page before applying.
・We will generally use email to notify you of your winnings and provide the meeting URL. Please be sure to enter an email address that you can access regularly. (We will be using Zoom, so we recommend entering an email address that you can access on a PC, etc.)
- If you have specified domains to receive emails from, please set your email settings to allow reception from the domains "plusmember.jp" and "mail.novelbright.jp".
・When applying, you will be asked to enter the details of what you will talk about on the day. The details cannot be changed.
[Notes regarding participation]
・Using 4G/LTE lines on smartphones, tablets, etc. will generate a large amount of packet communication data, so we recommend using Wi-Fi.
・If you are using a 4G/LTE line, please make sure to check in advance that you are not out of range or in an area with weak signals, that you have remaining packet capacity, and that the communication conditions are stable.
- In cases where there are other people using the same line at the same time, or in environments where the communication connection is unstable, such as when connecting via wireless LAN or tethering, there is a possibility that the video and audio being streamed may be disrupted.
・The secretariat will not be held responsible if you are unable to connect on the day due to communication problems such as insufficient packet capacity or unstable communication conditions. Please be sure to verify the operation of Zoom and check your communication environment yourself.
・Please be sure to update Zoom to the latest version.
・To verify your identity, please change your Zoom account nickname to the one you registered with NOVELCITY in advance.
Recording during the consultation is strictly prohibited.
・Please refrain from spreading details about the winning email or content related to the distribution day. Please note that if we find out that you have spread this information on social media, we may revoke your fan club account and force you to cancel your membership.
[Notes on viewing]
・You can use your NOVELCITY account (NB ID (Plus member ID)) on FanStream.) to log in.

- If you contact us just before the live broadcast with questions such as "I can't log in to the app," we may not be able to respond in time for the start of the broadcast.
