The new song "Call me" has been chosen as the theme song for the KOBELCO 120th anniversary animation "Ashita no Arika," in which actor Nao and Gaku Hamada are voice actors!
"Where Tomorrow Lies" is an original animated movie produced by Kobe Steel (KOBELCO) to commemorate its 120th anniversary.
The new song "Call me" was performed as a surprise at the final performance of the nationwide arena tour yesterday, August 17th (Sunday).
Vocalist TAKENAKA YUDAI is from Himeji City, and drummer NEGI is from Sanda City, so they have ties to Hyogo Prefecture, which led to them providing the song.
Kobe Steel (KOBELCO) has released a commercial video on their special website ahead of the release of the main animated movie on Tuesday, September 2nd, where you can watch a snippet of "Call me" ahead of time, so be sure to check it out.

●Story
In 2021, Asumi, a salesperson at Kobelco, feels powerless in the face of the company's various challenges and is unable to find fulfillment in her work. Just as she is about to tell her boss that she wants to quit, a book on the company's history sheds a mysterious light on her and leads her back to Kobe in 1905.
There he meets the passionate and idealistic people of Kobe Steel's founding, as well as Torasuke, a clumsy young man from the Meiji era who believes in the development of industry and pursues his dreams.
The two men, who live in different eras, are guided by the company's history.
Embark on a journey through the history of KOBELCO, from its origins to the present.
People who overcome hardships and continue to challenge themselves with faith in the future.
