払い戻しに関する詳細が整いましたのでご案内いたします。

00030号）の「CASHPOST」サービスを使用致します。尚、こちらのサービスを使って払戻し
を行うにはお客様ご自身でのお手続きが必要となりますので、以下払戻方法・手順をご確認の
上、払戻期限内にお手続きをお願い致します。
※システムの仕様上、チケットを複数枚ご購入のお客様は購入枚数単位での払戻となります。
2枚中1枚など一部のみ払戻することはできませんので、予めご了承ください。

■払戻し申請方法
下記URLより、チケットをお受け取りいただいた「Novelbright APP」または「チケプラ電子チケット」にログインしているNB ID(Plus member ID)またはメールアドレスにて申請をお願いいたします。
申請完了後、8月中を目途に、申請いただいたチケット分の払い戻しを順次実施いたします。

※こちらはチケプラトレードにてご購入されたお客様専用のフォームです。
※申請は、チケプラトレードでご購入された代表者様のみ可能です。システム上、同行者様もフォームへの入力は可能ですが、審査時に無効となるため、お手数ですが代表者様よりお手続きいただきますようお願いいたします。
※複数枚ご購入の場合、払い戻しの申請はすべて代表者様が行ってください。払い戻しの可否は以下の通りです。
・すべてのチケットを払い戻す → 可
・同行者様分のみを払い戻す → 可（代表者様よりご申請ください）
・代表者様ご本人分のみを払い戻す → 不可
→ この場合は、すべてのチケットが払い戻し対象となります。

■Notes
・必ずチケット代表者様が申請をしてください。チケット代金の返金は代表者様に対して行います。
・If you apply using an ID other than the NB ID (Plus member ID) or email address used at the time of purchase, we may not be able to provide a refund.
・If you have specified domain reception, the email may not be delivered. Please set it to allow reception from the domain [plusmember.jp].
・Refunds will be made using DG Financial Technology's "CASH POST" service and will be made to your designated bank account in accordance with your application details.
・The refund amount will be the "ticket price" plus "various fees at the time of purchase." Please note that "payment fees at convenience stores, etc." are not eligible for refund.
