The new song, "Canopus," is the brightest star in the constellation Carina and one of 21 first magnitude stars in the entire sky. Apart from the Sun, it is the second brightest star in the entire sky after Sirius.
The production process has been revealed on the official SNS accounts so far, and vocalist TAKENAKA YUDAI has said about the song, "The song is based on my own experience of feeling depressed last year, but with the help of a friend I was able to find light and move forward," and the lyrics are filled with passionate and straightforward feelings.
