[Regarding applications]
・Wheelchair users and those holding the above certificate will be directed to the Smile Seat.
・Applications and use by healthy individuals only are not accepted.
・If the person holding the disability certificate is unable to attend the venue, the accompanying person will not be allowed to enter alone.
・Please be sure to bring your notebook with you as we will check it on the day of the performance.
・会場対応窓口にて、身分証明書のご提示をお願い致します。
[運転免許証、学生証、パスポート、障害者手帳、療育手帳、マイナンバーカード（通知カード不可）、在留カード、特別永住者証明書、住民基本台帳カード、外国人登録証明書]
お子さまの身分証は各種健康保険証、母子手帳、各種年金手帳、各種福祉手帳など、公的機関から発行された証明書のいずれか1点をご用意ください。
・Accompanying persons must also bring identification (copies not accepted).

・If you are unable to present this card, you will be denied entry. Thank you for your understanding.
・Expired certificates are invalid. Please bring them in the same condition as when they were officially issued. (Copies are not accepted.)
・Student ID cards, My Number cards, and Basic Resident Registration cards are only valid if they show a photograph and the person's current address.
・If we are unable to confirm your ID, we may refuse entry. In that case, tickets will not be refunded.
・障がい者手帳、療育手帳を持っている方で、既にファミリーシート、スタンディングを購入された方は、当日、会場対応窓口にて、障がい者手帳・療育手帳、お付き添いの方の身分証明書(コピー不可)を持参いただけますと差額をご返金いたします。
・来場者全員がお揃いの状態でのみ入場可能となります。必ずご来場者全員がお揃いの状態で対応窓口までお越しください。
・複数公演申込み可能です。
・お申込み時に当日の同行者全ての方の氏名／電話番号／メールアドレスが必要となります。
・同行者の方が電話番号／メールアドレスをお持ちでない場合は、代表者の方と同じ情報をご入力ください。
・全編座ってご覧いただけるお席です。（着席指定ではございませんが、周りのお客様へのご配慮をお願いいたします。）
・If anyone who is not eligible for the Smile Seat arrives, they will be denied entry. In that case, the ticket price will not be refunded.
