[Regarding applications]

・車いすの方で上記手帳をお持ちの方は、スマイルシートへの案内になります。

・健常者のみのお申込み、ご利用はできません。

・手帳をお持ちのご本人がご来場になれない場合、お付き添いの方のみでのご入場はできません。

・公演当日に手帳の確認を行いますので必ずご持参ください。

・会場対応窓口にて、身分証明書のご提示をお願い致します。

[運転免許証、学生証、パスポート、障害者手帳、療育手帳、マイナンバーカード（通知カード不可）、在留カード、特別永住者証明書、住民基本台帳カード、外国人登録証明書]

お子さまの身分証は各種健康保険証、母子手帳、各種年金手帳、各種福祉手帳など、公的機関から発行された証明書のいずれか1点をご用意ください。

・お付き添いの方も身分証明書(コピー不可)を必ずご持参ください。

・ご提示いただけない場合は入場をお断りいたします。予めご了承ください。

・期限の切れたものは無効となります。また、公的に発行された状態のままお持ちください。(コピーは不可)

・学生証・マイナンバーカード・住民基本台帳カードは写真と本人の現住所が確認できるもののみ有効です。

・身分証明書の確認ができない場合は、入場をお断りさせていただく場合がございます。その場合、チケットの払い戻しはいたしません。

・障がい者手帳、療育手帳を持っている方で、既にファミリーシート、スタンディングを購入された方は、当日、会場対応窓口にて、障がい者手帳・療育手帳、お付き添いの方の身分証明書(コピー不可)を持参いただけますと差額をご返金いたします。

・来場者全員がお揃いの状態でのみ入場可能となります。必ずご来場者全員がお揃いの状態で対応窓口までお越しください。

・複数公演申込み可能です。

・お申込み時に当日の同行者全ての方の氏名／電話番号／メールアドレスが必要となります。

・同行者の方が電話番号／メールアドレスをお持ちでない場合は、代表者の方と同じ情報をご入力ください。

・全編座ってご覧いただけるお席です。（着席指定ではございませんが、周りのお客様へのご配慮をお願いいたします。）

・スマイルシートに対象外の方がご来場された場合、ご入場をお断りいたします。その際のチケット代の払い戻しは行いません。
