・Sales are limited to fan club members.

*Each person can apply for up to two tickets.

*You can apply for multiple performances.

*If you apply for multiple tickets, accompanying persons must also be fan club members.

*If you purchase multiple tickets, you will need to enter the name, phone number, NB ID (Plus member ID), and email address of your companions. Please prepare these information in advance before applying.

*You can check your "NB ID (Plus member ID)" by logging in and going to "My Page" and clicking "Confirm/Change Member Information."

*If there is an input error, your application may be invalidated, so please apply slowly and without making any mistakes.

<Standing Block S and Block A>

*Standing S Block: Each person can apply for up to 4 tickets.

*Standing Block A: Each person can apply for up to 6 tickets.

*You can apply for multiple performances.

*If you purchase multiple tickets, you will need to provide the names, phone numbers, and email addresses of all accompanying persons on the day when you apply.

* Companion's NB ID (Plus member ID) is not required to apply for Standing Block S or A Block.

*This is not a first-come, first-served basis. Applications will be accepted by lottery during the above period for fan club members.

*Those who joined the fan club during the advance sale period are also eligible to apply.

If you join just before the deadline for applications, you may not be able to apply in time, so please make sure you apply well in advance.

<Family Seat>

"Family Seats" are designated seats that we provide for families with small children or elderly customers who wish to sit down and watch the live performance.

*Children must be 12 years old or younger (elementary school students or younger) on the day of the performance, and elderly guests must be 60 years old or older.

*People aged 13 to 60 cannot apply alone. People aged 13 to 60 must apply together with a child or senior citizen, or a child and senior citizen.

*Children cannot apply alone. Please make sure they are accompanied by a guardian. (Elderly parents are also welcome.)

*Elderly customers can also apply together.

*Each person can apply for up to 2 to 4 tickets.

*You can apply for multiple performances.

*If the person accompanying you does not have a phone number/email address, please enter the same information as the representative.

[Driver's license, student ID, passport, disability certificate, My Number card (notification card not accepted), residence card, special permanent resident certificate, basic resident register card, alien registration card]

* Expired certificates are invalid. Please bring the certificate in the same officially issued condition. (Copies are not accepted.)

*Student ID cards, My Number cards, and Basic Resident Registration cards are only valid if they show a photo and the person's current address.

*If we are unable to verify your age, we may refuse entry. In that case, tickets will not be refunded.

*If a person who is not eligible for the family seat arrives, they will be denied entry. In that case, the ticket price will not be refunded.
