■How to participate

*From when products arrive on Tuesday, April 2, 2024, customers who purchase the designated CD album (either the limited first edition or regular edition) and video product (either Blu-ray or DVD) at the same time will be given a ticket to an event where all members will be signing autographs, on a first-come, first-served basis.

* Reservations/layouts of eligible products due to the desire to participate in the event are not possible. However, reservations made before the event is lifted will be accepted.

*There is a purchase limit of 2 sets per person per transaction.

*Please note that even if you purchase the CD and video products separately, you will not be eligible to participate in the event.

*To reduce congestion, meeting times will vary depending on the participation ticket, but you cannot choose the time slot. The event space is inside the store, so please refrain from gathering too early.

*Please note that all members will have their autographs printed on colored paper prepared by the organizers.

*Refunds, product changes, or returns are not possible after purchase has been completed.

*If the product is defective, it will be exchanged for a good product instead of being refunded.

*Distribution of the "Ticket to the event where you can receive autographed colored paper from all members" will end as soon as the planned number is reached.

*The Tower Records A2 original poster, which is a first-come-first-served bonus for the Major 3rd Full Album "CIRCUS," and the clear stand, which is a first-come-first-served bonus for the Blu-ray and DVD, will also be given out on a first-come, first-served basis. The Blu-ray and DVD clear stand will be distributed until the planned number of "Participation tickets for the handover event with autographs of all members" is reached. Please purchase as soon as possible.

【Notes】

*There will be no performance.

*Each participation ticket will grant you access to the autographed color paper event for all members once.

*If you are participating in the meet-and-greet with family or friends, you will need a participation ticket for each person in your family or friends. Children aged 3 and over will need a participation ticket. (Children under 3 do not need a participation ticket.)

*Participation tickets will not be reissued if lost or stolen. Please keep them safe until you participate. In addition, participation tickets are only valid on the day of the event and at the venue.

*Please note that during the event, we may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.

*The handover event will end as soon as the line ends. Even if you have a "participation ticket" after the event has ended, you will not be able to participate. Please make sure you arrive early.

*The handover event is an event where all members will welcome attendees and hand out autographed colored paper. You cannot specify which member to hand it over to.

*Even if you have multiple "participation tickets" for the same meeting time, you can only use one at a time. If you wish to use a second or subsequent ticket, you will need to stand at the end of the line again.

*We are unable to accept gifts at the venue. We will only accept letters, so please put them in the letterbox located at the venue.

*Please line up using the stairs. Please leave large baggage such as carry-on bags in a nearby coin locker before participating.

*Please manage your belongings at your own risk. The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, troubles, theft, etc. that occur at the event venue.

*Transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. will be borne by the customer. The conditions will not change even if the event is canceled.

*The event space is inside the store. As there will be many customers who are not participating in the event, please be mindful not to disturb other customers.

*For safety and operational reasons, we may ask you to move around the event space. Please follow the instructions of staff in such cases.

*Please cooperate in ensuring there are clear pathways for people to pass through.

*Please refrain from contacting the venue regarding this event.

*Please note that the content of the event may be changed or canceled due to weather or artist circumstances.
