[Important] Notice of change in credit card billing timing and system maintenance

Thank you for always using Novelbright Official FanClub "NOVELCITY".

*The newsletter will be sent to those who have registered and paid by credit card as of October 1st.

In order to enhance the security of credit card payments, Novelbright Official FanClub "NOVELCITY" will be changing the timing of billing from Sunday, October 1, 2023.

For those who have been using the service continuously since before September 2023, two months' worth of charges (= charges for September 2023 / charges for October 2023) will be deducted in one lump sum.

Therefore, if you have been using the service continuously since before September 2023, you will be billed in one lump sum for two months only this time (= usage in September 2023 / usage in October 2023).

Please rest assured that you will not be charged twice.

From November onwards, only one usage date will be displayed around the 5th of the month (usage date: November 5th).

*The closing date and deduction date will vary depending on the credit card company you use.

For details, please check your credit card invoice.

Due to the above changes, we will be carrying out system maintenance on the following dates.
