We will be holding a lottery advance ticket sale for upgrade tickets to JUSTIN Island's FINALSERIES 10th anniversary LIVE at the "Novelbright LIVE TOUR 2023 ~ ODYSSEY ~" Osaka Castle Hall performance (9/24) and Yokohama Arena performance (10/15).

The advance lottery upgrade sale for JUSTIN Island is available to those who have purchased all-reserved seats tickets in the first fan club advance sale (applications accepted from 4/7 to 4/12) and second advance sale (applications accepted from 4/22 to 4/27).

Ticket prices

JUSTIN Island Upgrade: ¥7,200 (tax included)

* JUSTIN Island Limited Edition [Novelbright 10th Anniversary Mini Muffler Towel Set]

The members themselves have carefully selected 10 different merchandise designs from the past and made them into mini muffler towels to give away as gifts!

*You will be required to pay the difference in price compared to all reserved seats.

*All seats reserved [Student Discount] is not eligible for upgrades.

*You will need to exchange your ticket for an official JUSTIN Island admission ticket at the venue on the day.

<Applicants>

Fan club members who have purchased all reserved seats during the first fan club advance sale (applications accepted from 4/7 to 4/12) and second advance sale (applications accepted from 4/22 to 4/27)

<Performances and number of tickets available for application>

Only for performances on the same date and with the same or fewer tickets than the all-reserved seats purchased

(Tickets purchased during the first and second advance sales cannot be combined.)

*If you apply for more than the number of tickets eligible for upgrade (number of tickets purchased with all reserved seats), you will not be eligible for the lottery.

Please take note of this before applying.

*All seats reserved [Student Discount] is not eligible for upgrades.

*You can apply for up to two performances (if all seats have been reserved for both performances).

*If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please apply for each performance separately.

*If you apply for the same performance multiple times, only the last application will be valid.

*Please note that you may be selected for multiple performances, so please make sure to apply for a performance that you can pay for and attend.

<Regarding applications>

・Sales are limited to fan club members.

*When logging in to the application page, use the same password you used when transferring money at Seven-Eleven.You will need to enter the "payment slip number" and the "representative's phone number" that you registered at the time of purchase.

*The payment slip number is a 13-digit number that can be confirmed by checking the application status (Ticket Pia) when applying for all reserved seats.

*When you apply, the name and phone number of the representative and accompanying person registered when purchasing all-reserved seats will already be reflected on the information registration screen.

*Please register the "NB ID (Plus member ID)" of all persons who wish to purchase JUSTIN Island, including the representative and accompanying persons.

You cannot apply for only one accompanying person.

*When applying, please make sure that only the representative person who has purchased all reserved seats applies.

*Please note that if only some of the tickets you purchased are upgraded to JUSTIN Island, your seats will be separated from the seats that were not upgraded.

*If you apply for multiple tickets, your companions must also be current fan club members who were registered at the time of purchasing all reserved seats.

Please note that we cannot accept changes to accompanying persons.

*If your companions include a non-fan club member or a fan club member who has already purchased tickets for JUSTIN Island, your application will be invalid.

*You can check your "NB ID (Plus member ID)" by logging in and going to "My Page" and clicking "Confirm/Change Member Information."

*If there is an input error or the registered information differs from the information at the time of purchasing all reserved seats, your application may be invalidated, so please apply slowly and with plenty of time to avoid any mistakes.

*This is not a first-come, first-served basis; applications will be accepted by lottery during the above period for "NOVELCITY" members.

*If you were a fan club member at the time of the 1st/2nd fan club advance sale and are now a non-fan club member, you cannot apply.

You will need to rejoin the fan club and then apply again (this also applies to accompanying persons).

If you rejoin just before the deadline for applications, you may not be able to apply in time, so please make sure you apply well in advance.

*The lottery results will be notified only to the representative via the email address registered at the time of application.

* JUSTIN Island does not offer student discounts.

<Regarding ticket exchange>

Ticket exchange will be available at the venue's exchange window starting from the opening time.

*You will need two items to exchange: a "same-day exchange ticket" and a "reserved seat ticket."

*Please be sure to print out the above two tickets and have them ready on the day.

Please note that you cannot exchange only one of the tickets.

*Please note that we cannot provide refunds or cancellations due to inability to redeem your item.

* Although the seats are also printed on the all-reserved tickets, please sit in the seat printed on your JUSTIN Island ticket after exchanging it.
