<Notes regarding the performance>
■This performance will be carried out in accordance with the policies of the government, local governments, and the venue, as well as the "Guidelines for preventing the spread of COVID-19 at music concerts" formulated by the Japan Concert Promoters Association, the Japan Association of Music Businesses, and the Federation of Japanese Music Producers.
■Please cooperate with hand disinfection and temperature checks upon entry.
■We recommend installing the COVID-19 contact tracing app (COCOA) for this performance.
■Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, such as loud conversations/cheering during the performance, or using seats other than those purchased.
■Please wear a mask at all times.
■Photography is prohibited during the performance. Photographing is permitted while the doors are open and after the performance has ended.
■Please note that the behavior of customers during the event may be broadcast or streamed on television or other video streaming services.
■After the show, there will be a regulated exit. Once the show has finished, please wait where you are. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation so that all customers can safely make their way to the exit.
■Please refrain from loitering or congregating around the venue before or after the performance.
■Customers who fall under any of the following categories will be denied entry.
* Those with a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher (one degree higher than normal) (Please take your temperature before heading to the venue.)
* Those who are not feeling well on the day of the performance, such as coughing, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny nose/nasal congestion, loss of taste/smell, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea/vomiting, etc.
* Those who have traveled overseas within two weeks from the performance date.
* Anyone who has traveled to a country or region that has been subject to government entry restrictions and a period of observation after entry within 14 days prior to the performance date, or who has had close contact with a resident of such a country or region.
*Those who have tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance date
* Anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance, or who is suspected of having had close contact with such individuals.
* If someone in your household has been infected or is suspected of being infected
■Refunds will not be given if you test positive for COVID-19 within 14 days prior to the performance, if you have been in close contact with someone who has tested positive, or if you are experiencing personal illness or environmental reasons.
■Please note that we may be forced to make changes to the operating rules and performance content depending on the future spread of the new coronavirus infection and revisions to the guidelines of various government agencies and industry associations.
We need your cooperation to ensure the safe and comfortable operation of the venue.

<Regarding admission>
This event is exclusive to fan club members.
When entering on the day, you will need your "digital membership card" to authenticate your fan club membership.
Non-members and those whose membership has expired on the day of the event will not be allowed entry (including accompanying persons).
Please note that it is not possible to take screenshots or record the digital membership card.
*How to display your digital membership card
After logging in to "NOVELCITY", please present your digital membership card on MY PAGE. If you have Novelbright official app, you can also present your digital membership card on MY PAGE within the app.
<Regarding merchandise sales>
Merchandise will be sold at the venue on the day.
Merchandise can only be purchased by fan club members.
Please note that you will need your digital membership card to verify your fan club membership when purchasing.
<Regarding celebratory flowers>
Please send your tickets to the address of each venue so that they arrive between the morning of the day of the performance and the time the doors open.
Also, for flower stands, please make sure to arrange for them to be collected by a company that can collect them.
There is no height limit, but please keep the stand's width and depth to within 60cm.
*Please refrain from linking or excessive decoration.
Please note that depending on the space available and the situation on the day, we may not be able to display all of the flowers you send.

<Regarding gifts>
Please put your letters and presents in the present box set up at the venue. Please check the location at the venue on the day. Also, please specify which member the present is for.
Please note that you will not be able to receive the following gifts:
・Fresh things (food, drinks, plants, living things, etc.)
・Dangerous items (gunpowder, fireworks, knives)
Please note that gifts will be checked by staff to be sure.
