On the day of the event, those who purchase the Major 2nd Full Album "Assort" at the venue will be given a "Autograph Session Participation Ticket" that allows them to participate in the autograph session to be held after the free live performance on a first-come, first-served basis.

*In light of the situation at the free live concert and autograph session held the other day, we will be limiting CD purchases to one per person per transaction until the line to purchase CDs clears.

[CD sales]

*On the day of the event, sales will begin at 10:00 at the special sales booth on the 1st floor Tomorrow! Square. (Times may vary slightly.)

*Customers who wish to purchase CDs and enjoy priority seating before the store opens should line up in the aisle next to Starbucks on the 1st floor of Asunal Kanayama.

Please refrain from lining up early in the morning as this will cause considerable inconvenience to neighboring stores. We appreciate your cooperation.

* Any activities such as staying up all night around the venue from the day before are strictly prohibited. If you are deemed to be staying up all night, you will be denied entry to the free live performance.

*CD sales with "signing session participation tickets" will only be accepted at the special sales booth at the venue on the day of the event. Shinseido Asunal Kanayama store will not accept reservations in advance, or over the phone or internet.

*Payment on the day of the event will be cash only.

*Please note that credit cards, various point cards, vouchers, electronic money, coupons, etc. cannot be used. Parking tickets are also not eligible.

*Refunds, product changes, or returns are not possible after purchase has been completed.

*If the product is defective, it will be exchanged for a good product instead of being refunded.

* Distribution of "signing session participation tickets" will end as soon as the planned number is reached. In addition, distribution may end depending on the event management situation. Please note.

*We will hold a lottery for a "priority viewing area numbered ticket (with chance of losing)" among those who have a "signing event participation ticket" given to them when purchasing the Major 2nd Full Album "Assort".

(Those who do not have a "Autograph Session Participation Ticket" cannot participate in the lottery for the "Priority Viewing Area Numbered Ticket (May not win).")

*Registration will begin at 10:00 on the day of the event near the CD sales booth.

*Even if you have multiple "Autograph Session Participation Tickets," you can only participate in the lottery for the "Priority Viewing Area Ticket (may lose)" once per person.

*The lottery for the "priority viewing area numbered ticket (with chance of losing)" will end once the planned number of tickets have been sold after CD sales begin. In addition, customers who line up early in the morning will not have a higher chance of winning.

[About admission to the priority viewing area]

*To enter, one "priority viewing area ticket" is required for each person aged 3 or older.

*When lining up, reserving a spot with luggage or lining up alone as a representative is strictly prohibited.

*If you wish to enter the "priority viewing area" with your companion, please line up together with the person with the larger serial number.

*Please note that if you are late for the meeting time stated on your ticket, you may be admitted from the end of the line.

*If any of the attendees, related parties, or staff at this event are infected with COVID-19, we will ask for your contact information so we can contact you.

*Please help us by writing your contact information (name and phone number) on the back of your priority viewing area ticket.

*Personal information obtained at this event will be used for the purpose of preventing the spread of COVID-19 and will be managed strictly (it may be submitted to national authorities, etc.)

*Personal information will be stored for one month and then promptly disposed of in an appropriate manner.

*Upon entering, we ask that you have your temperature taken with a non-contact thermometer and fill out your contact information.

* Anyone with a body temperature of 37.5 degrees or higher will be denied entry even if they are not feeling unwell.

*Please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to other customers within the venue or from moving around to other locations.

*Please be sure to wear a mask inside the venue, including during the live performance and when lining up for CD sales.

If you are unable to wear a mask while viewing the event, you may be asked to leave.

*The performers will also be wearing masks during the autograph session. The signed CD jacket will be handed to you by a staff member. Please note that no contact with the members, including handshakes, will be permitted.

*Customers who are unwell or have a fever or cough will not be allowed to enter.

*Calling or other vocalizations during the free live performance are prohibited.

*After the free live performance, we ask that you please cooperate by using alcohol disinfectant and washing your hands when the autograph session begins.

*When lining up, please keep an appropriate distance between you and other customers.

*The venue will be outdoors. Please be sure to take care of your health before participating.

*The venue is an open space without a roof. If it rains on the day, you will not be able to view the event with an umbrella, so please bring rain gear such as a raincoat.

*If the number of visitors exceeds the capacity, we may be forced to change the event content for safety reasons.

*On the day of the event, sitting down in the venue and reserving a spot by placing leisure sheets or bags will be prohibited throughout the day. Any such items will be removed upon discovery. (The use of leisure sheets, etc. is prohibited.) Furthermore, the organizers, venue, and performers will not take any responsibility for any items that are removed or left behind. We appreciate your cooperation.

*You can participate in the autograph session once per "autograph session participation ticket."

*If you are attending the autograph session with your family, you will need a participation ticket for each person in your family. Children aged 3 and over will need a participation ticket. (Children under 3 do not need a participation ticket.)

*"Autograph session participation tickets" will not be reissued if lost or stolen. Please keep them safe until you participate. The "Autograph session participation ticket" is only valid on the day of the event and at the venue.

*If any fraudulent activities such as counterfeiting or duplicating the "priority viewing area ticket" or "autograph session participation ticket" are discovered, you will be denied participation in the event.

*Please note that during the autograph session, we may touch your shoulders, arms, etc. to guide you.

*The autograph session will end as soon as the line ends. Even if you have a "autograph session participation ticket" after the event has ended, you will not be able to participate. Please make sure to line up before the line ends.

*Even if you have multiple "signing session tickets", you can only use one at a time. If you wish to use a second or subsequent ticket, you will need to stand at the end of the line again.

*The signature will be placed on the front of the "Assort" jacket you purchased. Customers cannot specify what to have the signature written on.

*Only the signature will be written. Please note that we cannot respond to any other requests, including writing your name.

*Watching the exhibit from the perspective of others is prohibited, as it is dangerous and causes a nuisance to other visitors.

*Any behavior that may disrupt the event, such as jumping around inside the venue or any other behavior that may disturb other customers, is prohibited.

*We are unable to accept gifts at the venue. We will only accept letters, so please put them in the letterbox located at the venue.

*Admission to the event is free, but please refrain from reserving spots the day before or early in the morning before the event opens, as this will cause inconvenience to other tenants and customers.

*There are no lockers or cloakrooms around the event space. Please manage your belongings at your own risk. The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, troubles, theft, etc. that occur at the event venue.

*Transportation costs to the venue, accommodation costs, etc. will be borne by the customer. The conditions will not change even if the event is canceled.

*The venue is located inside a commercial facility. There will be many customers who are not participating in the event. Please be mindful not to cause inconvenience to other customers or tenants.

*For safety and operational reasons, we may ask you to move to another location even if you are within the viewing area. In such cases, please follow the instructions of staff.
