[Measures to prevent the spread of virus infection during the performance and requests to attendees]

Based on the government's "Basic Guidelines for Countermeasures against COVID-19 Infection" (May 25, 2020) and the response guidelines of the COVID-19 Response Headquarters, and in response to a request for the creation of guidelines outlined in the COVID-19 Expert Meeting's "Situation Analysis and Recommendations for Countermeasures against COVID-19 Infection" (May 29, 2020), this performance will be carried out as follows, after organizing and creating the matters that must be observed as measures to prevent the spread of infection.

Please note that this initiative will be subject to change in accordance with future directives and guidelines issued by the government (guidelines for the gradual relaxation of restrictions on hosting events).

■Initiatives for this performance■

●All tickets for this performance will be digital tickets. When entering the venue, please follow the instructions of staff and operate your smartphone yourself.

●All people involved in the performance will be required to wear masks, wash their hands frequently, and disinfect their hands, and we will also thoroughly check their temperature to ensure their health.

●Smoking areas within the venue will be closed.

●Bringing alcohol, drinking alcohol inside the venue, and being under the influence of alcohol are prohibited.

●The provision of gift boxes for performers will be canceled.

●A temperature measuring station will be set up at the entrance to measure the temperature of visitors using a non-contact thermometer. If a visitor has a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, their temperature will be taken again in a designated waiting area, and if there is no change in their temperature, they will be denied entry.

●If there is a high risk of infection situation within the venue, such as close contact between customers, staff may contact you, so please cooperate.


■Entry procedure■

① We will check that the COCOA app is installed. We will check that the COCOA app is active by opening it on your smartphone.

② Temperature will be taken using a non-contact thermometer and hands will be disinfected.

Customers with a temperature of 37.5℃ or above will be required to have their temperature checked again during a medical check, and may be denied entry at the discretion of the nurse.

③ We will check your digital ticket. Please hold the QR code over the terminal installed at the venue yourself.

Please refrain from attending if you have had close contact with someone who has tested positive for COVID-19, have visited a country or region within the past two weeks that has been subject to entry restrictions or a period of observation after entry by the government, or have had close contact with a resident of such a country or region.

●Please refrain from attending if you have a fever of 37.5 degrees or higher, or are experiencing symptoms such as coughing, difficulty breathing, general fatigue, sore throat, runny nose/nasal congestion, impaired taste/smell, eye pain or conjunctival congestion, headache, joint/muscle pain, diarrhea, nausea or vomiting. ■Infection prevention measures for staff and performers■

●Temperature checks and health checks will be conducted on all staff and related parties.

●Please disinfect your hands frequently, especially when entering the venue.

● Performers will also be subject to temperature checks and health checks. Masks will be required except when performing. Face shields are also recommended, but will be mandatory if necessary.

●If any other unusual circumstances occur, we will immediately work with public health agencies such as local health centers and nearby medical institutions to take swift measures to ensure the health and safety of artists and staff.
