■About application

・Each person can apply for up to four tickets for each performance.

- Prices vary depending on the seat type, so please check the seat map before applying.

・If you wish to apply for multiple performances, please apply for each performance separately.

・You may be selected for multiple performances, so please make sure to apply for a performance that you can pay for and attend.

- This is not a first-come, first-served basis; applications will be accepted by lottery during the above period for "NOVELCITY" members.

* Reservations for this performance can be made through the Billboard Live website or ticket agencies. Please note that the Billboard Live Reservation Center does not accept phone reservations.

* Fan club membership during the advance sale period is also eligible for application.

If you join just before the deadline, you may not be able to apply in time, so please make sure you apply well in advance.

■Notes

*Reselling of tickets is prohibited under any circumstances. Please note that if the purchaser does not come to the store, the ticket will be invalid.

*Seats will be determined by a strict lottery. We cannot answer inquiries regarding seats.

*No changes or cancellations are possible.

*Food and drink charges will be paid separately.

*Food plans cannot be applied for.

*Preschool children and high school students are not allowed to enter together. For children of elementary school age and above, seats will be provided at the regular performance fee, but those under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult. However, please note that if you cause a nuisance to other customers, you may be asked to leave.

*The personal information you enter when purchasing will be notified to Billboard Live and registered.

*BBL member benefits are not applicable to advance reservations.

*Please note that due to circumstances, the performers and performance content may change. We cannot compensate for travel expenses etc. in the event of cancellation or postponement of the performance.

*Depending on the seat location, you may be seated with other people. Depending on the location, we may ask you to install acrylic partitions and wear a face shield.

*Hand disinfection and temperature checks will be carried out at the store.

*Please wear a mask on the day.

*Last food orders will be taken before the start of the show.
